Design & Build of an Airbus 300 RC
This project was about design & build a scale cargo aircraft capable to flight, the aircraft was designed applying and semi monocote structure of balsa wood creating all the drawings with hand & with CAD design using SolidWorks and applying 3D printing techniques.
Requirements:
- Design a semi monocote structure using balsa wood
- Implement all the electronics needed
- Implement all the aerodynamic calculations for assuring the flight
- Design & build all the control surfaces like ailerons, elevators, flaps & rudder
- Create an electronic program using Arduino platform for all the lights of the aircraft
- Must Design and print the electric fans engines covers using 3D printing techniques
