Mechanical Design & FEA of an Automated Pallet Elevator Structure
CAD design & Finite Element Analysis validation of Von Mises stress and elevator structure of an automated machine using a linear & non-linear analysis in ANSYS Mechanical.
Requirements:
- Must resist the effort given by the weight of all pallets (150 kg)
- The restriction of materials are use steel ANSI A35
- Provide the final CAD design using SolidWorks, adjusting the design to the geometric limitations of the factory
- Must provide the BOM of materials and the Draws for each element of the Assembly
- Provide the list of all the screws and materials need it for it
