Design, Build and Electrical-Optic Characterization of Organic Solar Cells
In this project, the efficiency of OPV devices was improved through new manufacturing processes using multilayer architectures based on the active layer P3HT:PCBM using semiregular polymeric structures and using Bi:Sn alloys.
The result was an improvement of more than 50% in the efficiency of solar cells.
Requirements:
- Through the manufacture and electrical-optical characterization of OPV's implementing different materials and/or manufacturing processes, obtain PV parameters such as efficiency η
